January 20, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #25 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #15-0309 FOR ITV EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATION Description Bids to provide 'ITV Equipment and Integration' were received from four vendors on December 16, 2014.  The bid of Command Corporation was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.   The funds for this purchase are contained in the capital budget allocated for the project. Recommendation That the bid of Command Corporation, to provide 'ITV Equipment and Integration' in the amount of $58,000.00, be approved as presented.
